Mojdeh Almasiyan is an independent international qualified Mediator and has acted as an inhouse counsel in the field of international law, contract negotiation and dispute resolution in the past 10 years.

Mojdeh acts as legal and compliance counsel, mediator and expert in Europe and Middle East and has experience under different mediation methods such as Facilitative Mediation, Transformative Mediation and Online Mediation. As counsel, she advises international companies and professionals on international and European law, business law, regulatory and compliance, complex commercial disputes and dispute resolution related matters with a particular focus on contract management, Aviation, IP law, EU sanction regulation, insurance and reinsurance policies, Marketing and percurrent, Investment consultancy in oil and gas, and dispute resolution. During her international career she was located in Germany, Turkey and Qatar advancing her knowledge of international law and dispute resolution. She is also specialized in EU Law and the domestic Laws of most EU States, as well as being a qualified mediator.
